The evening staff was fast and efficient. Free on demand. And WiFi.

The day staff would take more then 10min to come to front desk every time. The pool had way to much chlorine. The breakfast was bad quality. Waffles would not coook all the way. Eggs were watery. Beds were bad! They were way to hard. My kids couldn't sleep well. I did not get one good night of sleep!!! Asked for extra towels, never got them, had to go back to ask again in the morning. Never told us they charge your card each night. We were gonna pay with cash.

Comfortable beds and a great location made the stay worthwhile, with easy access to the highway and quiet surroundings.

Breakfast was a letdown, with limited options and watery coffee that missed the mark.

great access to parks and museums for city explorers

I was really surprised by how kind the staff were , and being so close to both Hubbard Valley Park and the Northern Ohio Railway Museum made my city strolls more fun.

The staff were friendly and made our check-in smooth. The fitness center had all the equipment I needed for my workout. It was convenient to access the highway for our road trip.

The mattress was uncomfortable and the bathroom door did not latch properly. I found paint scraped off the walls and large scratches on the furniture.

Clean nice value hotel with a good pool and an excellent location right by Seville, and a quiet area very close to interstate. Wonderful & huge rooms with a jacuzzi. Awesome, good people working here.

There was only a king jacuzzi tub available. The hole in the wall connected to the living area and the bathroom was pointless. Even if I was there for a romantic get away I wouldn't want water from the shower to be misting on my while I was setting on the couch. It was pretty funny to us, but impractical also!

The room was really comfy with a great climate control unit. It was conveniently located right off the interstate, close to some nice restaurants and a gas station. The staff was friendly.
